Cupping lifts the tissue to reduce adhesions and promote myofascial releases. Kinesiology taping promotes movement of the tissue along with reducing inflammation and pain. These can be combined with any therapeutic massage.

MLD is a gentle, rhythmic massage that stimulates the lymphatic system to reduce swelling, support natural detoxification, and promote a healthy lymph system. Great for pre/post surgeries to reduce swelling.

Add on service to any massage - A light, precise technique that targets the craniosacral system to restore its balance. Works well with myofascial releases.

90 minute service. The warm stones combined with therapeutic massage techniques eases tight muscles, reduces stress, and enhances relaxation.

Therapeutic sauna experience combining infared heat, red light, and Himalayan salt stones to promote detoxification, improve circulation, and skin rejuvenation. Schedule for after a massage session or come in just for the sauna. 30 minute session.

$30/half hour or $99/monthly membership (4 sauna session)
