  • Therapeutic sauna experience combining infared heat, red light, and Himalayan salt stones to promote detoxification, improve circulation, and skin rejuvenation. Schedule for after a massage session or come in just for the sauna. 30 minute session.

  • The use of 2 large red light therapy mats can be added onto any massage service, for up to 20 minutes. The belts are FDA-cleared, with red light wavelengths ranging from 630nm to 880nm. These wavelengths aid in decreasing inflammation and pain, and help rejuvenate skin and cells.
