Nicole~ Vinyasa and Yin Classes

All Levels

These classes extend beyond the physical poses. We will help students achieve breath awareness, proper alignment, and a balanced mind, body, and spirit through the slow flow and restorative movements of Yoga. Bolsters and straps will be utilized for stretching and ease into different poses. Throughout the class, the air is infused with subtle aroma therapy and curated music to help guide and move through each movement, helping you stay present and strong in each posture. Nicole will guide each student on their yoga journey .

Shilpa ~ Vinyasa Flow Classes:

All levels

The intermediate Vinyasa Flow sequentially links various asanas to suit all levels. Classes begin with grounding, stretches that build a solid foundation to practice various asanas, and connecting each movement with breath. Classes end with relaxing-reclining asanas. We will focus on breath, posture alignment, and flexibility. Unwind and experience stress relief in the mind and body. 

Shilpa was raised in Mysore, India. She has been a yoga instructor for over 3 decades, with studies in yoga and yogic lifestyle from a young age. She is a firm believer in the Mantra “Yoga is a way of life.” She enjoys providing yoga experiences to all and bringing her wealth of knowledge and calm spirit into each class, workshop, event she does.

Shannon ~ Gentle Yoga Classes:

All levels

Gentle yoga is gentle on the body, mind, and spirit. Gentle yoga is a relaxed and soothing form of yoga that emphasizes slow, deliberate movements, deep breathing, and mindfulness. It is ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking for a calming practice. The focus is on stretching and strengthening the body while reducing stress and tension. The poses are modified to accommodate all levels of flexibility and strength, emphasizing proper alignment and ease in each posture.  

Shannon is originally from Philadelphia and has lived in Cincinnati for over 10 years.  She has been teaching yoga for 5 years.  She started out practicing yoga as an athletic recovery but has grown to love the mindfulness and calm yoga brings to her life.  In her class, you will feel accepted and welcome.

Jennifer ~ Restorative Reset, Moon Meditation, Rise and Flow

All levels

Classes focus on cultivating mindfulness in movement, fostering healing, and supporting your journey of transformation. Each class will have you moving gently into each pose, with breath and purpose. Spending time stretching and creating flexibility, releasing fascia and increasing blood flow. Jennifer has been immersed in the world of yoga and meditation for over two decades, exploring diverse practices that have deeply shaped her own well-being. As a 200-hour RYT, Jennifer is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where you can connect with your body, mind, and spirit. Beyond the mat, Jennifer is a budding astrologer and an independent artist specializing in unique botanical-inspired home decor. "I believe in the power of creativity and self-expression, and I strive to integrate these passions into my teaching." Services include: Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports Massage, Craniosacral, Trigger Point, Cupping, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymph Drainage, Movement Taping, Pregnancy Massage, Myoneural Release, Hot Stone.

The use of hot towels and aroma therapy aids in the healing experience of each session. You will be greeted with individual attention to your specific needs for the massage. Let us cultivate your healing path.
